Earthen Mind: a mind made of the earth
Hi there! Welcome to Earthen Mind, a green lifestyle blog. I’m Megan, a vegan, yogi, environmental advocate, and unapologetic cat lady.
This space is a place to document my journey as it unfolds as I work towards a zero-waste lifestyle and commit to a life with intention–one that is filled with what’s true to my heart and little of what’s not. I believe in living with compassion for the environment and all living things, and I strive to live simply and with less “stuff” to leave room, physically and emotionally, for what matters most. In the end, I hope to leave this world better than I entered it and to make the most of life while I’m here.
My goal for this blog is to build an online home for a growing community of changemakers like you! People who are passionate about learning how to live an eco-friendly life and love sharing tips, hopes, stories, and wonders about sustainability and conscious living.
Whether it’s about striving for a zero-waste and plastic-free lifestyle filled with more experiences and fewer things or about considering our role as responsible stewards for all life on this planet, I’ll be sharing the tips I learn along the way and hope you’ll contribute yours!
Together, we can motivate each other and inspire others who are interested in living wholesome lives with earthen minds. This blog represents what I hold dearest in my heart and I’m excited for you to share it with me.
Be The Change
There is no better time than this very moment to make changes in our lives and foster a healthier, kinder world. Every choice we make, no matter how small, is crucial in making a difference in the health of this planet, its creatures, and the quality of life for us now and for our future generations. It’s impossible to be perfect and no one can expect anyone to be, but we can do is continue to improve, grow, and learn so we’re better tomorrow than we are today.
With an Earthen mind, let’s support each other to continuously become the best versions of ourselves, do the best we can with what we have and where we are, and live lives we truly believe in.
I’m still also trying to figure all this out, so I’d love to hear your thoughts, suggestions, stories, struggles, and triumphs, as we work together to navigate through life with the earth in mind. Please comment, visit me on social media, or send me an email.
Thanks for visiting!
